Looks somewhat Balkan, could pass for many Balkan Nationalities such as Greek, if he's not then definitely Central/East Euro, as he gives me such a vibe.

Even if he is not, in which countries do you think he could look native?

The answers are interesting for me to observe as he looks to my untrained eye as a pan-European type.
