yeah...

i mean acne itself (not people who have it) can be very damaging to the skin. especially cysts. if you have terrible acne there are a ton of treatments out there (accutane causes acne to completely disappear in almost all people after one treatment, and the rest it usually only takes two.)

also it could be a symptom of excessive testosterone production so its good to go to your doctor for this stuff.

in general, though, the acne most teenage boys go through is normally fine.. i mean its a relatively natural thing for most teens to have acne. normally though most people make a good effort to try and reduce their acne, you can usually tell when somebody doesn't care or do anything about it.

scars are a different story, though... i actually kind of like scars c: i mean some can be pretty excessive but in general i dont mind scars whatsoever haha
