The first pic is from the same San Diego church I go to. I'd say these pictures are fairly accurate as it demonstrates the range of looks we have from middle-eastern looking to european looking.

Of the Levantine christians, Lebanese Greek Orthodox look very med because quite a few of them were descended from Byzantine Greeks and Greco Romans who settled there.
