How many children do you want/plan to have?

For those of you who already have children, how many do you have? And how many did you originally want?

I personally want at least 3 children. Ideally 4 or 5. I want at least one of each gender too. I would be prepared to have more than that if I could afford it. It sounds weird for a male but I love children (no pedo) and can't wait to get married and have some.

I don't like kids. Not when I was a teenager and not now either. I have never felt broody before and I don't go all mushy inside when I see babies. I just have an aversion to children.

I'm an only child of an only child of an only child. We are not a very child-friendly or child-orientated family.

1-3. Probably won't end up with just one though because only children tend to grow up to be annoying adults. I would consider three only if I lived in a different country, but even then maybe not. Realistically, I think I will end up with two and hopefully get one boy and one girl.

I have two bio girls. I probably will never be pregnant again. I had rough pregnancies, and I'm on some heavy meds, which I would have to go off of with a doctor's supervision and "undergo intense therapy" during the pregnancy to make sure my condition doesn't relapse.

I'd love to adopt, my dream is to adopt two boys (I don't care what race), but my parents, whom we are extremely close to as a family, are dead set against it. Mom has even made it clear she would not babysit a kid that "isn't hers". :(

I'm struggling with that right now.... I want to adopt so badly. But I'm also dealing with some health stuff that would make it difficult. Maybe it's not in the cards, or else it may be possible in several years.

A couple = 2 persons. 2 persons must leave 2 children in order to sustain the number of population and 3 children in order to increase the population.

That's why I want 3 children or 2 at least. The Europeans must procreate a lot.
