Well, I was tested with iGENEA's starter combination before, so what I got was my Y-DNA and mt-DNA without subclades. I had Y-DNA I and mt-DNA H, however for a little bit trolling in ABF(not to forget I was 15 years old at that time), I said I have Y-DNA N :)
Those are my Y-DNA STR:
DYS# 393 390 19* 391 385a 385b 426 388 439 389-1
Allele 14 24 17 11 12 13 11 13 11 13
DYS# 392 389-2
Allele 11 29
And mt-DNA HVR differences:
16266T, 16274A, 16519C
Can someone talented at genetics guess my subclade, before I receive 23andme after 4-6 weeks? :p
Insuperable

I would say that you do not belong to I Y-dna but to R1a
Do not take me serious since I have no idea:p

I would believe it since one Finn guy was turned from I1 to N1c, in a 23andme update.

Not from direct paternal line, it seems. I'd be a C3 guy if it was the case(Genghis being C3 is just a theory though).
I hope I will end with some kind of Central Asian or Siberian I subclade:

I don't know subclade since iGenea's starter combination is lame and shows without subclade. I just know that I am I-M170 :)
Who knows? Perhaps Scandos will adapt me if I'll have I1 :p

iGENEA = Crap interpretation, but the DNA is the same as FTDNA, so no worries there.
I ran your HVR though Mitsosearch (have not used that in years); these are your top matches:
Results. (http://www.mitosearch.org/search_results.asp?freeentry=true&HVR2_Tested=false&HVR1_Location_1=226&HVR1_ChgAddDel_1=&HVR1_Base_1=T&HVR1_Location_2=274&HVR1_ChgAddDel_2=&HVR1_Base_2=A&HVR1_Location_3=519&HVR1_ChgAddDel_3=&HVR1_Base_3=C&HVR1_Location_4=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_4=&HVR1_Base_4=&HVR1_Location_5=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_5=&HVR1_Base_5=&HVR1_Location_6=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_6=&HVR1_Base_6=&HVR1_Location_7=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_7=&HVR1_Base_7=&HVR1_Location_8=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_8=&HVR1_Base_8=&HVR1_Location_9=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_9=&HVR1_Base_9=&HVR1_Location_10=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_10=&HVR1_Base_10=&HVR1_Location_11=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_11=&HVR1_Base_11=&HVR1_Location_12=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_12=&HVR1_Base_12=&HVR1_Location_13=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_13=&HVR1_Base_13=&HVR1_Location_14=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_14=&HVR1_Base_14=&HVR1_Location_15=&HVR1_ChgAddDel_15=&HVR1_Base_15=&HVR2_Location_1=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_1=&HVR2_Base_1=&HVR2_Location_2=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_2=&HVR2_Base_2=&HVR2_Location_3=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_3=&HVR2_Base_3=&HVR2_Location_4=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_4=&HVR2_Base_4=&HVR2_Location_5=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_5=&HVR2_Base_5=&HVR2_Location_6=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_6=&HVR2_Base_6=&HVR2_Location_7=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_7=&HVR2_Base_7=&HVR2_Location_8=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_8=&HVR2_Base_8=&HVR2_Location_9=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_9=&HVR2_Base_9=&HVR2_Location_10=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_10=&HVR2_Base_10=&HVR2_Location_11=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_11=&HVR2_Base_11=&HVR2_Location_12=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_12=&HVR2_Base_12=&HVR2_Location_13=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_13=&HVR2_Base_13=&HVR2_Location_14=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_14=&HVR2_Base_14=&HVR2_Location_15=&HVR2_ChgAddDel_15=&HVR2_Base_15=&comparison_type=Standard)

http://img805.imageshack.us/img805/6050/screensho.jpg
http://www.hprg.com/hapest5/hapest5a/hapest5.htm
But perhaps you should try other predictors too, though last i used these years ago, this was the best...
But STR values are so yesterday in terms of determining YDNA linage...
I2a is Balkan YDNA last i checked, so no Asian YDNA linage for you, but it will be interesting to see which sub-branch you are and if you want to test more STR values i would do it via FTDNA, you might find some very close relatives if you go down that road:)...

Thanks :) As far as I know I2 exists in Iran too? Because I have a well documented line of paternal line and traces back to Eastern Caspian Sea coast it seems. Also except that, my paternal line is from Caucasus(NE Turkey and parts of Georgia).
I will try 23andme as I said, my sample is under analysis :)

I think its far more likely to be a direct Balkan linked linage (Turkey is so close and paper trails are too easily corruptible, just look at Orangepupls Armenian and my own Roma ancestry, we never knew about it), either way its origin is Balkan.
Maybe those found in Iran is linked to the Hellenic period? that would be pretty cool to check out...

It does actually in a concentrated little bubble around Tehran if I remember correctly. No idea about the origin of that but I remember that very well.

Well, my paternal side is from this city:
http://img1.loadtr.com/b-394809-Artvin_harita.jpg
Artvin does not have any Balkan refugees and what we know is that, our family(direct paternal line) migrated from today's Georgia. You're right, there are always surprises but I guess my I2(based on the chart you posted), must be from ancient times...
About Iran, I guess it must be about rather ancient migrations since Alexander's army consisted mostly E3b and J2 carriers most likely.

Yes it can be connected to any period of course, the most likely is either something obscure and related to trade, but could also be Hellenic, not talking about Alexander, but post-Alexander when Hellenic peoples migrated east and settled all over the place inside the borders of the former Alexanders empire.. But the longest period in which Balkan peoples came to Anatolia is ofcourse The Byzantium and Ottoman eras, if you leave out the ancient Greek settlements that is:

eitherway, 23andme will clear things up..

I am not aware of high ratio of I2a among Greeks. Afaik good part of I2 among Greeks is of Armenian origin (that from Crete).

Hellenic peoples were not always ethnic Greek in the modern way, it was a way of life, not a biological thing.. Even many Jews and other ethnic groups became Hellenic during that era...

Yep, Stoicism and Cosmopolitanism, translation of Old Testament in Greek. Archimedes, Ptolomy, Math, indeed impressive exchange of ideas between East and West.
Lot of wars tough.

I highly doubt you have Georgian ancestry as that region has historically been Armenian. The area under the black sea usually was populated by Greeks or Armenians. Most likely Armenian since it is on the eastern end. You most likely have Hemshin Armenian ancestry:

Have you seen a Meskhetian Turk? Honestly? Denial is strong in this one. That is fine. You are a "Meskhetian Turk".
Now, it begs the question, what is a "Meskhetian Turk"? What would then be the difference between a "Meskhetian Turk" versus say a Tartar? This is all monkey business to escape the truth.
