Laurits - Danish, (also estonian)
Olgierd - Polish

Lappo - Finish

I had specific countries in mind but I guess it would be difficult to differentiate,

Olgierd and Lappo are not Scandinavian :p

Seems Eike is a shared German/Norwegian suname, it's most common in Stavanger in southwestern Norway.
