Maybe he is more like an extremely depigmented Dinaro-Med.
He likely has is (extremely) dark eyes and hair from his Welsh side and his ultra pale skin from his Scottish.

The "Keltic without the Nordic"(or much at least, the Mediterranean base to the type, similar to Baskid)- like Bertrand Russell, they pass better in France and to some degree SW Europe imo, unlike Russell there could be some Semitic aspect as well though
