Well that is rather irrelevant... Her surname itself is definitely Polish and she does look Polish. I believe she's from Illinois, one of the most popular destinations for Poles in the US (Michigan topping the list). I don't think she speaks Polish though.

I think her parents are both Poles. It's true that they're mostly assimilated though. Me neither.
