We were talking about the traces of Cumans in Romania in another thread before and i would like to share this to you. This is just one chapter from the book called "The Romanians and the Turkic Nomads" written by a Romanian historian Victor Spinei.

He gives examples of Cuman, Pecheneg and Uzes(Oghuz) settlements in today`s Romania, Moldavia, Hungary, Ukraine and other surrounding places. He gives some examples of Turkic words in Romanian language which came from pre-Ottoman era, as well as giving 10s of Turkic named rivers, village names and other place names, personal names and many more;

It`s 54 pages long. It`s mostly about Romania and Moldova but he also mentions about the Cuman, Uz and Pecheneg heritage in all over Balkans.
