Can you tell when a Black person mixes with a Southern or Eastern European?

Ok we all know most Mulattos usually come from mixture of someone of NorthWestern European descent with someone of African or African American descent, but can you tell when the mulatto's white half is from an Eastern or Southern European. Are the facial features and skin tone different? I'm seeing more and more of these people mixing with blacks.

These people are so weird that they do not want to mix even with their own kin,because how suspicious they are.
As for mixing with blacks?
You are joking.In Romania,I saw exactly 1 couple till now,in which the male was half african and that was a tv star and his wife,same.
But at common people,this never happens.
Lowest natality rates from whole Europe are in East Europe.
