Anyway, few words on the topic. There are several types of traditional garments in Slovenia, the most popular one AKA Slovenska narodna noša got its shape as we know it today in the 19th century.

From the top -

Hat

'Klobuk', it's a felt hat adorned with black grouse feathers, called 'krivci'.

Torso

Goes by the name of 'lajbič', it's something of a sleveless sweather, if you will. The material is often velvet, although wool and silk are also common. Usually it's embroidered with floral motiffs, as well. The red thing protruding from the shoulders and the neck is a silk scarf.

A chain goes from the lower part of the lajbic into the pocket, and at the end of such chainlet a watch is attached.

Legs

'Irharce', usually made from chaomois leather. They are reminiscent of the German lederhosen, however unlike the Jerries, Slovenians wear cotton white pants underneath it.

In addition, some nice knee-high leather boots are worn.

Costumes from Bela Krajina. There isn't much to explain here, the garments consist of a white linen dress, with a red 'collar', brown belt, and black shoes.
