Looks like mixed race Latino who looks mainly European.

I think in the first pic he look a bit chinky. But in the second I wouldnt think he was admixed (racially). Is he European ?

As far as I know, if I remember correctly, he is half italian and half australian

His phenos would be common in places like Extremadura, Spain and in parts of Italy. Including his eyes.
