To an extent it is as the Ba'athists were socialists but I think it's become more sectarian as they've aligned with Iran and emphasised their Shiaism (they've basically been changing their religion for 10 years to seem more mainstream Shia).

Nearly every Arab, non-muslim and Muslim alike, hate Bashar and his brutal, violent, and tyrannical regime. Frankly, the very few who do support him are extremely ignorant, mentally deficient morons or simply corrupt individuals (namely government officials). Bashar has already slaughtered more than 80,000 of his own citizens in order to prolong his dictatorship and illegal rule of Syria (Which has already lasted for numerous decades). Forgetting that the conflict that Bashar instigated has already displaced millions of Syrians, the country and its inhabitants are experiencing a humanitarian disaster. Seriously, if you people are going to discuss this issue, don't make such incredibly ignorant assertions.

...So you didn't provide anything to counter my point? Ok, that's cool :icon_rolleyes:. Anyways, what do you mean "typical Palestinian"? I'd imagine your experience with them is incredibly limited (correct me if not).

Says the person whose people are 20% nigger. If the majority was against him then the war would be over already. One of my relatives was recently kidnapped and killed by the FSA, so just gtfo. Your opinions are just idiotic, and most of the people who I have seen oppose him aren't even native to Syria.

Palestinians have FAR less than 20% negroid admixture. It's approximately 6-8% at most. Even then, so what? What does having 20% SSA have to do with this? You're assertion (in red), by the way, is incredibly ignorant and nonsensical. I don't think I have to point to innumerable examples in history for examples to disprove you. Anyways, it's incredibly unfortunate what has happened to your family member and I'm genuinely sorry for your loss. I can empathize with you as well. You have to realize though, that far more christians were killed by Assad than by degenerate FSA individuals. What I listed in my post above is not my opinion; That's actually what has occurred in Syria already.

This is very true. Western media tells us Bashar al-Assad is "the new Hitler" or some other worthless babble and idiots believe this nonsense. Non-Syrians should just shut the fuck up and let Syria deal with it's own issues.

I'm not particularly pro-Syrian but on this episode I'm entirely for Assad.

It's not only because an agressed nation has the right to win over foreign-financed rebels.
It's not only because I despise Islamism.
It's not only because the Saudis and the Qataris have decided their corrupt fat faces have the right to do whatever they want in the Arab World.
It's not only because it will mean the collaborator Ottomans failed at trying to ruin a neighbour country.

It's because it's an amazing chance to show Zion they simply cannot win everytime. It's because if Syria prevails, the endless march of Atlantism will be stopped. Only for that, Assad deserves all of my support.
