No, it's just an anglicized version of the surname Løken, which is also a village in Akershus http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Løken (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/L%C3%B8ken)

More accurately it should have been written as Loeken(oe:ø), I guess they were just lazy and replaced all the Ø's with O's, another example is Kevin Sorbo(Sørbo)
