Albanians have higher Northern European admixture and their West Asian is more in the line of what you have described as proto-Indo-European and they do not have other influences like Syberian or South Asian.

Otherwise Finns would be genetically one of the most PIE influenced peoples.

As i said before, Proto-Indo Europeans had other components like 0-5% Siberian and 20-25% West Asian.
Besides low R1a presence (0-6%) in Albania is the biggest proof.

Albanians probably have more North_European, that's true, but their R1a frequency is quite low, which means north_euro component in Albanians have nothing to do with Proto Indo Europeans.

High frequencies of R1a and R1b don't mean high PIE ancestry in all cases. But on overall genetic Tajiks have quite much yamnaya-like input not so much like Eastern Europeans but more than some southern Europeans. But in no way they are Europeans and neither the look European on average. But many people forget that PIEs of Yamnaya were actually swarthy and looked not Nordic but extremely light Northeastern Europeans are genetically closest to PIEs today
