The Lativan song is called Migla Migla, Rasa Rasa (Fog, Dew). In Serbian this would be Magla Magla, Rosa Rosa. There are many words similar.

well, I guess the bagpipes are more familiar to you than the spanish 'pasodoble' you posted.
but the most popular and widespread folklore in spain is 'la jota', that is played in many regions.
this an aragonese jota.

It is some kind of misunderstanding. Polka (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polka) is not Polish folk dance or music genre. It is of Czech origin. The name is confusing, but Poles did not invent ‘polka’ :)
Traditional Polish folk dances are for example “oberek”, "kujawiak", "mazur" or "krakowiak".
