I installed a vBulletin forum on my website,

http://www.dockersunion.com/vb/index.php

After paying $$$ it is still in a very raw form, the free skins you get with the lease don't work, I paid $60.00 up front for telephone support , when I rang the Canadian number from Australia at local rates, all I got was the same recorded message.

The vBulletin Support forums were no use.. constantly getting the run around.. "you are posting in the wrong place," is their favorite response, and the thread I had begun when I went shopping for a new forum was locked, when I posted re all the strife I was having.

When I see a well set up vBulletin Forum like here I wonder what I did wrong, and how I should go about fixing things.

Anyone got any ideas??

What is the issue, the skins?

What problems are you having exactly? I have a lot of experience with vBulletin installation. Your forum looks a bit wacky though, I see you have some weird sections ... "The Crimes of the Jews", etc. :D

Putting up a forum is much more difficult than it seems at first sight (speaking from experience).

I've figured out what is wrong with your website and vBulletin installation.

Often, with vBulletin, if you overload it with too many badly written, poorly thought-out theories filled with bullshit it will try to commit suicide for being used in such a poor manner.
It exists.

Solution!

Uninstall vBulletin
