Here's mine, it is set at X-axis 3 by Y-axis 5 at a 150% scale. That is an error with turquoise IQ, Iraqis aren't actually that close to Italians and Greeks.

There is no particular best settings. Each person just has to play around with it until they find one that works for best for themselves. :)

It's best to check if you fall within the average for your ethnicity or not.
