I haven't traveled to many European cities, but my vote goes to Nice, Southeastern France.

I've been only to London, Bath , Paris , Versailles, Milan and Rome . From those 6 cities, I would have to say for me , Paris is the most beautiful

I've been there too, but I didn't like it that much. Nice is a nice city though.

I've heard Barcelona is the most beautiful, but haven't been there.

The Central European trio of Prague, Vienna and Budapest are certainly very charming. I've been to the 3 and I quite enjoyed it.

I enjoy inner Paris and some Western/Southern towns here like Chartres or Amiens.
