A burrito (US English /bəˈritoʊ/, Spanish: [buˈrito]), or taco de harina ['tako ðe a'ɾina],[1] is a type of Mexican food. It consists of a wheat flour tortilla wrapped or folded into a cylindrical shape to completely enclose a filling. (In contrast, a taco is generally formed by simply folding a tortilla in half around a filling, leaving the semicircular perimeter open.) The flour tortilla is usually lightly grilled or steamed, to soften it and make it more pliable. In Mexico, meat and refried beans are sometimes the only fillings.

Mexican food is good in european version, mexican original version is not anything any european would like

If you read about Mexican cuisine you will learn that most of it is a mix of european and native elements. There is no such thing as ''mexican food european version''.

Mexican cuisine is a style of food which is primarily a fusion of indigenous Mesoamerican cooking with European, especially Spanish, cooking developed after the Spanish conquest of the Aztec Empire. The basic staples remain the native corn, beans and chili peppers but the Europeans introduced a large number of other foods, the most important of which were meat from domesticated animals (beef, pork, chicken, goat and sheep), dairy products (especially cheese) and various herbs and spices.
While the Spanish initially tried to superimpose their diet on the country, this was not possible and eventually the foods and cooking techniques began to be mixed, especially in colonial era convents. Over the centuries, this resulted in various regional cuisines, based on local conditions such as those in the north, Oaxaca, Veracruz and the Yucatan Peninsula. Mexican cuisine is highly tied to the culture, social structure and its popular traditions, the most important example of which is the use of mole for special occasions and holidays, particularly in the South region of the country. For this reason and others, Mexican cuisine was added by UNESCO to its list of the world’s "intangible cultural heritage".

I am hungry, already.
As it was said above, most Latin American foods are mixed from European and Native cousines. However, many good things came directly from Native traditions, like foods based in corn, chocolate, vanilla, potatoes, tomatoes, avocados and a thousand more plants.

I know in Spain that seafood is what the country is known for and most popular (maybe little known to people who aren't familiar with Spain). Are latin American seafood dishes influenced from the Spanish counterparts?

Influenced in what sense? I doubt the species are similar, for instance, and it is also known natives consumed a lot of seafood at pre-hispanic times.

These two dishes are some master pieces of the mexican culinary art.

Pollo con Mole y Arroz "Mole sauce with Chiken/Turkey and Mexican style rice".

http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_lBpBuqOz74w/S_Groqz49BI/AAAAAAAAA4k/Fpezeuq9cVE/s1600/mole-poblano-01.jpg
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mole_sauce

A common legend of its creation takes place at the Convent of Santa Rosa in Puebla early in the colonial period. Upon hearing that the archbishop was going to visit, the convent nuns went into a panic because they were poor and had almost nothing to prepare. The nuns prayed and brought together the little bits of what they did have, including chili peppers, spices, day-old bread, nuts, and a little chocolate.

Chiles en Nogada. "Chilli with walnut sauce".

http://quimaira.info/media/images/eventos/hd/325/Chiles-enogada.jpg

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiles_en_nogada

The traditional chile en nogada is from Puebla; it is tied to the independence of this country since it is said they were prepared for the first time to entertain the emperor Agustín de Iturbide when he came to the city after his naming as Agustín I. This dish is a source of pride for the inhabitants of the state of Puebla

http://venezolanisimo.com/site/uploads/fckeditor/Hallaca.jpg

All these dishes date back to the colonial times of São Paulo and its surrounding areas(Paraná,Minas Gerais,Mato Grosso do Sul and Goiás) and are basically of portuguese and amerindian origin, with minor spanish and african elements.
