in the US 93% of the workplace deaths are men, 90% of homeless people are men, almost all convicts are men, men spend 40% more prison time than women for the same sentence, the government spend 70% more money for breast cancer reasearch than prostathic cancer research, men only have to register for draft, child custody in divorce causes is usually granted to ex-wifes etc. etc.
those figures are similar in pretty much all western countries so we cannot really say the western world is pro-men and anti-women.
usually feminists tend to neglect these arguments because their ideological standpoint is that women are oppressed everywhere.
