His name is German - Wilhelm, surname Russian - Evseev

Apparently his grandfather was a Russian German. The remaining ancestors probably Russian.

He looks like he could fit well as both. For sure he doesn't look Polish

Looks German. Faelid-ScandoNordid mix with Baltid influences perhaps (otherwise his features would have been more angular).

Can pass in both countries but he looks more Russian imo.

He can pass as both NORTH German and ETHNIC Russian.

He looks Northern-German in the half profile pictures. In the front of picture he looks rather Polish or Russian (probably becuse his face looks more roundish front of).

He seems more Nordid with lesser Baltid influences.
