Just saw this table:

As you can see Rusia is worse country from Europe,as criminality rate,followed by Lithuania and after by Estonia and Ukraine.
There is something really wrong with these countries.

The people there are poor.

It's not the case as people in Russia are not poorer than in Balkans. They just more aggressive and violent.
