Her dad was a mestizo with Yaqui heritage her mother was Spanish ,so she wasn't a 50/50 mestiza.

what i know, is thar his father was member of the yaqui tribe, so i dont know if he was Mestizo or Native.

in yaqui & mayo towns (principal mayo) have mestizos and even some castizos in the tribe and they speak perfect yaqui/mayo and they live like them
