Classify random kid who claims to be White Nationalist

Ok so this is some kid who I have no issue with but a petty argument between him and one of my friends ensued tonight after a comment regarding this guys racial heritage. He says he's "German, Irish and Welsh" but I've got to be honest, he is rather swarthy in my opinion and I thoroughly doubt he's 100% European. He's from the USA too so that increases his chances of being racially-mixed.

There's either Amerindian or Semite mixed in there, I'm not stupid. I will take the pics down after numerous responses.

Anyway, opinions, please.

If he says he is irish and welsh I think he isnt lying, he fits as one of those dark brits all of us have seen.

Regarding german, I dont think he resembles german at all however he cold fit as a Dark brit.
