Yes, they can fit in Bulgaria as ethnic Bulgarians. In the U.S. it's more tricky but I suppose they can as well since the phenotypes for White-Americans are very diverse here and there are many Poles here or people with Polish so similar looks are expected.

Well if those Polish Americans are fully Polish and not mixed with anything else then I don't see why not. They would just look like regular Poles then like the people you posted.
