does this guy have an italian phenotype?

yes.he is italian.
but i see why you would think otherwise.
i think he comes across more italian in this picture.

He can only fit in Sicily if he is "Italian".

He looks Lebanese to me. But whatever he is, he can pass as Sicilian but he does look Middle Eastern.
