Did he have any Egyptian ancestors? He looks predominately Pontid-Alpine with something else in the mix.

He was of Albanian descent as well as native Egyptian and Turkish descent.

yeah but she got divorced and got home sick and returned to Egypt
later after the monarchy in Egypt was eliminated by 1952 revolution or Military coup supported by the masses to be more accurate, she married Egyptian doctor from Alexanderia then they got divorced and at the moment she is living Alexenderia she 90 years old i guess.

Not exactly Mohamed ALi was 100% Albanian but the rest are mixed to the core with Europeans, Circassians, Turks and some Noble Egyptian families to secure their rule. BTW Mohamed Ali did not really trust his own people because the army that he led to Egypt ,supposedly to kick the french out but Egyptians did all the job and it was estimated that 1/3 of Egyptian population were killed fighting Napoleon in several revolutions against his rule,was consisted of Albanian mercenaries and they tried to revolt on him couple of times due to lateness in paying their wages so he tried to Recruit sudanese but they could not take the weather difference and Efficient enough so he had to apply Conscription on Egyptians to use them in his Conquests in sudan and levantine.
