Most likely the ancient Anatolians (Hittites, Lydians etc.) was looking like today`s eastern Anatolian Turks, Kurds, Armenians, some northern Syrians and some central Anatolian Rum/Romioi (aka Greeks today). They should be the closest ones.

Ancient Western Anatolians looked like Greeks. Eastern ones looked like Armenians and Assyrians.

Modern day Anatolian people however are not indigenous. They originate from Turkistan.

Do they look like Calpeia?
"She was slightly built, light-skinned, with dark hair and eyes. She was also lactose intolerant (a common trait for that period)."

"Only 10 percent of Calpeia’s genome comes from the population found in the Iberian Peninsula, while the remaining 90 percent has its origin in Anatolia, modern-day Turkey."
