This is definitely true for Trapani and Palermo. A lot of South Asians in Palermo (city) and a lot of North Africans in Trapani (suburbs, mostly around Mazzara)

Since i am albanian from albania i know better than you this issue, you have no idea.... there are like 12% darkskined population.... 150,000 ciganis and 300,000 roma in 3.2 milion albanians.... very bad
