Ok here goes, I suppose that this section won't mean much without some stats.

I'm 5'7 and weigh in at 14 stone exactly.(84.5kg 196lb) BMI 30.5 clinically obese woot!

I want to weigh about 11 stone BMI 24.3 Just within their "normal" range

Now before anyone starts the system is not ideal but I don't know of another one which is so easy!

Over the last month I have lost 7lb so I hope to keep it up! I have 3 stone to lose (42lb) sigh.

Alright Thrymheim, since you've been so brave, I'll jump in too! :D

I'm 5'1", and weigh about 210 pounds. About a two months ago I went to the doctor for a check up and weighed 217, so I've lost about 7 pounds since I've gone off my hormonal birth control. My BMI according to the scale there is 39.7  I don't think that they take into account muscle mass though, as I am a strong active woman, able to hike 7 miles without too much problem, and lift heavy weights. Even if you look at Arnold, his BMI says that he's obese! lol I think that body fat composition is a better way to measure your progress, but who has the money for that?

My goal is to get down to about 150-160 pounds. I have a very sturdy frame even when slender, and I don't mind having dense muscles. But, for the time being, I'll be happy with 180, as that would be a 30 pound loss, and that would be a dramatic improvement over what I'm at now.

My height is 5 foot 10 inches. My weight is 15.5 stone. My BMI is 30.8

I'm obese. :(

EDIT: I meant to say I have lost half a stone in the last 4 weeks through a dedicated diet of whiskey and beef.

I'm not putting my weight.... I'll put a ticker that shows what I want to lose. If we all get tickers, we can easily track our progress. :wink

I'm 1,68m tall and 68kg as we spean :(

Clinically within the normal range (a bit to the heavy side). But it's the fact that I have put on weight locally that bothers me the most (you know those Greek genes eventually kick in no matter how hard one tries to stay within the normal butt range :p) :D

My "normal" weight (well the one that has worked best for me) has always been within the 58-62kg range. And this is what I'll be aiming for in the near future.
