Her name is Eman El tokhy. her last name belongs to a famous Egyptian Sufi family in Delta so i am not sure if she is mixed or not.

I agree.
I am actually not sure if she is mixed. but her type exist in Egypt on a rare basis, but i can guarantee that she does not have any Semitic origin in her since Egyptians from Levantine origin are very known well distinguishable and her last name belongs to a very known Egyptian family as i previously mentioned.

she kinda looks Italian indeed.
I think she's a Atlanto alpinid with some cm and perhaps some jewish or dinarid influences

Mamluke Circassian blood probably.

Might be a Balkanite aswell. Many Albanian women became famous in Egypt for their beauty, they also became actresses.

Something like this. Atlanto-pontid with minor Arabid and Armenoid influences. I guess she could pass.

Actually true, Albanian women are popular in Egypt, But in her case i am not sure if she had Albanian or Balkanite blood simply because her family name is Egyptian. probably the only Albanian family that stayed in Egypt is named El-Abrashy as far as i know.

In the first two pictures she looks indeed (southern) European, but I can sense something Semitic in the third picture. She looks maybe more like a Maronite Christian from Lebanon in that picture for me.

She is not Aegyptid , 5-10% of people in Egyptian are actually Levantine immigrants, also Albanians, Greeks, Turks and some Italian. She looks Dinaric med in some pics and Alpine in others.
She could pass in a lot of countries.
