So she averages out to southern Italy (her green dot on the map is in Apulia).. Which is interesting because she doesn't cluster near Sicilians on the PCA plot.

McDonald's program is flawed. He considers full Ashkenazim to be full Middle Eastern. I also heard that his program interprets Greeks and Sicilians as Middle Eastern. He gave me 80% Middle Eastern the first time around, which is obviously wrong.

McDonald said that the average Ashkenazi is 50-50 European MidEast. But for other purposes he just counts the Ashkenazim as full MidEast which is weird.
