ZVEČAN -- Unknown perpetrators activated an explosive device, probably a hand grenade, in a Kosovo Serb’s front yard in Zvečan on Saturday morning.
Kosovo Police Regional Spokesman Besim Hoti told Tanjug that nobody was injured in the blast but that it caused material damage.
The bomb exploded around 3:00 CET.
“Two passenger vehicles and the house’s facade were damaged. It is believed that M75 hand grenade was activated,” Hoti explained.
He added that the police still did not have any suspects and that a possible motive for the attack could be a fact that one of the family members worked for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
More than 30 serious incidents, in which perpetrators used firearms and explosives, have happened in northern Kosovo since the beginning of the year

Seems the tensions are mounting....might degenerate into more ethnic cleansing again.
