The only way to go there and inhabit one of those planets capable to sustain life would be to create a Einsten Rosen bridge.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wormhole
I have this idea about first exploiting all the resources of Mars such as metals possible found in it, with those metals building a huge space station capable of hosting hundreds of thousands of people, once such station is complete and full of very selected people, the Einstein Rosen Bridge should be open and transport the space station to the orbit of one of those planets and from that point to start the planet colonization.....

Europa, a moon of Jupiter, one of the most interesting planets in our solar system, beside some regions of Mars is one of the best candidates which could host lifeforms, the planet is totally covered by a thick layer of ice, that supposedly covers a huge and deep ocean
some pics of Europa took from Space Engine, a free 3D simulator which contains all known celestial bodies, and fills the unknown space with procedural generated stars, planets, galaxies, you can wander from star to star to explore space, land on planets, and take pics everywhere

Planet Quadrazian, the one I will construct.
Planet Quadrazian will be in an earth trojan orbit.
First I will send my fusion rover autofactories to neptune. Here they will get plenty of material for fusion and to construct more autofactory rovers.
Once I have enough I will send them to mars and move it into trojan orbit. Then I will do the same for mercury. Mercury will then become core of this new planet, and mars will be the moon.
Then I will bombard the surface of the planet with many asteroids, and possibly crash a few moons onto the surface. I will give the planet a nice spin and make a fast orbit for mars around the planet to encourage some tides and some internal magnetism. Finally, I will deposit some of the plentiful water of neptune on the surface of the planet and its moon as well.
For there I'll populate it will fruit tree forests, neutered negrito gardeners and northern european prostitute-slaves who I will personally impregnate.

Astronomers from Delhi recently discovered an unknown cosmic object that is absent in the NASA database. Scientists have suggested that there is a virus that will destroy all of humanity. And the speed of the spread of this virus is high, and the end of the world for the Earth will come very soon - already on December 23.

But over all I'm more interesting about other possible rocky planets (outside of our Solar system).
Lastly I have read about these ... 39 lightyears from Earth. These planets are moving around Trappis-1 (so called ultra-cool red draw star).
All are rocky planets (not gas planets).
