For proper classification we need to see profile pictures showing the occiput. We will also need to see your sister's torso. At first glance the boyfriend looks Dinaric.

To me your sister looks like a different version of Alpo-Med. Compare her head with that of her bf, more clearly Atlanto-Med, perhaps with Berid.
