I've just got back from a 6 day trip to southern Sweden and practically every Swedish person I met or saw on trains, streets or in pubs, had blue eyes, and maybe 2/3 women had blonde hair and about 2/5 guys had blonde hair. Saw the odd one here and there with red hair, and the rest had brown hair.

Very pure, ethnic look to them. Of course there is similarities, but many Swedes actually look different to English, and especially Irish/Welsh people.

Mind you, many of them were very orange-skinned, I think Scandinavians have an obsession with tanning beds or exotic holidays abroad, they seem to be desperate to want a tan, heaven knows why as people should be proud of their pale skin.

Apart from Dark-Irish folk, red-heads from Britain & Ireland are the most pale people on this planet, in my opinion.

These are Irish people with darker colouring so why would they fit in Scandinavia? Scandinavians aren't known for darker colouring. I don't even know if blond Irish would fit in Scandinavia because their features are different. These are just some random Irish football and rugby fans.

Over 80% of Scandinavians are light-haired, why cherry pick pictures of the darkest Irish people, then ask if they'd fit in Scandinavia? I guess there is some unfair bias or plain stupidity !
Why not pick the average Irish person with their piercing blue eyes and milky-white skin as an example? He/she'd fit in Scandinavia with absolutely no problem. Most Irish people have light hair anyway.
