East Meds can look Euro. It is an umbrella and more of geographical (which makes it not very relevant) term actually. They use it for both Euro looking people from the Eastern Mediterranean (Greeks, some Bulgarians and some Turks) and in the same time for Arabs which
is stupid as Greeks, Bulgarians or Turks of Eastern Mediterranean type look nothing like regular Arabs. It is rather some Middle Easterners who have mixed with Euro populations that overlap with Balkan East Meds (not the opposite). To answer your question - the man looks fully Euro. It is just the stupid umbrella term. Robust Greek/Balkan Med would be a better term for people like Sakis Tolis - maybe I should put it in use :D
