Maybe strange for Wroclaw, but he look like many Polish Brits and Upper Silesians. He does look Polish. There is nothing atypical about him. Actually, broad and high forehead is a distinctive Polish trait. You even have such trait too.

I don't have high nor broad forehead. He looks Polish but I don't see people who look like him everyday, his features are exaggerated.

People differ in looks also on a base of their social class affiliation and social circles you're part of in given moment - this applies to all countries. I sense it subconsciously.

This head/face porportions are more typical for Poland (I think)
