I'd like to visit Poland at some point. Although a friend of mine might be going to Moscow at some point and offered a few us to come as well, so i might end up going to Russia at some point.

Hmm, I have been to Russia, Czech Republic and Hungary from the countries in that map (the ones I wanted to visit the most).
I would have said Greece, since I consider it South-Eastern Europe.

But from the former Communist bloc, since I don't want to repeat myself, I'll go with Slovenia (specially Istria), Western Croatia, then 2) Slovakia or Poland and finally 3) Transylvania in Romania.

I voted for Romania. Second place would be Albania. Being able to be understood without having to resort to speaking English is a nice thing to have. Beautiful women and good food are important, too.
