His hairtype is more like curly. Similiar to mine. But his phenotype is very typical for Highland Ethiopians/Eritreans. Could not pass in Somalia for example. A very ethnic look.

The funny thing around more that about 60% of North Sudanese claim that they have direct ancestry from Arabian peninsula.

Ethiopians look more like Africanized Yemenis/Saudis and Bedouins than anything else. Sudanese have more "Negroid" features (even northerners) and southern Egyptians have a different look.

Yes he is a bit lighter than average Ethiopians but still has a very stereotypical Ethiopian look. I would say that around 25-30% of all Ethiopinas/eritreans have a smiliar skintone. But skin pigmentation is irrelevant to the topic.
