This is either Arabic or Persian word. It`s probably from Ottoman era but we don't use it anymore. I don't know what is exactly but it might be related with the word "ketum", if ketum is masculine, ketime might be it`s feminine version, meaning tight-lipped, secretive.

that same version of ketime is Kurdish, though it's origin must be Arabic ketum.. She is Pontic Greek maybe there is similar version in Armenian or Georgian?
