I'd say most of them look like Italians to me, southern italians probably.

I never did, you're clearly part of the variation. I just didn't agree with describing you as the quintessential Sicilian look because being Messinian I consider it a Greek look. :lol:

Anyway #3 or #7 are both faces you could see anywhere on the island. The others look more specific to Palermo.

The 5th who id the 8th has a very gheg highlander look:

I disagree. #2 could pass elsewhere.

Kastrioti I'd have said #5 and #8 were the Norman looking ones.

alfieb I think #2 is very exotic and I wouldn't expect to see him in Messina. But maybe I am wrong. I thought he looked almost Egyptian.

The one in 5 looks like this gheg i posted, only the height would be different i think because he is 80 years old and is 193 cm.

#4 passing in Austria surprises me but I'd go so far as to say #5 and #8 could pass in any/all European countries.
