This woman is some kind of alpinoid. The woman on the op has clearly more robust 'unreduced' morphology.

Glasses use to distort strongly the faces. Hairstyle too. Could you post some other picture about her?

With this pictures I would say she is East-Baltid with Nordid/Mediterranid what make her faces less reduced. There may be some robust CM root too.

That woman is clearly East Baltid.
