Yes it is, but ButlerKing still thinks that the ''Aryan invasion'' in northern India was caused by Iranian peoples of central asia, although those Iranians haven't got any Andronovo-Aryan R1a1 DNA. There is even no concensus about an "Aryan" inclusion. It is most likely that Northern Indian R1a1was inherited by the Indus Valley people of 3rd millenia bc.

If the Aryans didn't come from central Asia than why are there north Euro-like genes in northern India?

First of all, your map does not show the North-European components, it shows the North-East-European component.
