Most of the so-called British Romani (Romanichal)/Irish Travellers/Gypsies are nothing but homeless vagrants who adopted nomadic Romani lifestyles/cultural traditions/slang after coming into contact with them in trailer parks and slums.
They're not ethnically Romani.

They're the British Isles counterpart of the American "Pretendians" a.k.a. wannabe Native Americans.

Wouldn't surprise me if people claim Romani heritage in the UK to receive welfare and housing benefits; as it's much the same case with vaguely Native American/Aboriginal people in the US and Australia respectively.

She probably is gypsy but kind of mixed. She has said she is gypsy herself, apparently.
