So my mother's father seems to be the largest source of my SSA bloodline but I dont know if its true. Out of all my 4 grandparents he looks like he has the most SSA but I dont know how much nor can I exactly pin point it out. So could you guys help me out and classify him?

Well your grandfather does look rather MENA, I think he can pass in the Levant and parts of North Africa. Hispanic would be a silly classifcation/post because it's not a race/ethnicity. Simple as that xD. And Boricua is no ethnicity either!

he is very hard to classify but i would say he is mostly alpinemed + amerindian and very slightly ssa

if i didnt know that he has ssa i dont think that i would be able to see something but if i look closely especially in the first pic there is SOMETHING very little ssa about him which i cant explain
