Honestly there are already Kosovar Albanians that disassociate themselves from Albanians of Albania and consider themselves Kosovar and nothing else, as if it's a different type of ethnicity altogether :rolleyes:. Although this number is relatively low, I've seen a growing trend between Albanians of Albania and Albanians of Kosova criticizing each other of how the other speaks. I reckon the longer they remain apart, the bigger their differences will become.

As for the topic there are probably Kosovar Albanians that condemn the guys decision, but once people criticize him for it Kosovar Albos defend him because they feel pride that he is representing Albanians in which ever way.

If the youth today are not self-aware about their nationality, I don't know what is going to help them, if the war in 1999 didn't influence them, then I don't believe they care much anyway.
