It's easy i think you know how to use R so i skip those parts,

Download your csv file from countries of ancestry, Under the column called SegmentStartInMegaBasePairs it says e.g. 45.9 and under the column called SegmentEndInMegaBasePairs it says 55.7..

Open admix.par file with notepad and edit the bottom part where it says 'genomewide' to

So target will target a specific area, the 4 specifies the chromosome (e.g. you share on chromosome 4) and the 45900000 is the start position and 55700000 is the finish position..
