Yeah well being a gypsy is a broad term anywhere, you have gypsies who are fully white, I can't see any non-European influence in him, looks pretty much southern French and around.

I didnt mention any gypsies from Romania, what you on about. I am talking about gyspies in general all around the world, being gypsy is to certain level like being a jewish, you can be fully white. Gypsy also reffers to a culture of living of a nomadic life

Yes, you are not a Gypsy just by genetic, you need to be a part of their culture to consider it.

That's fine to know about someone indentity, but Gitans look very different from Balkan Gypsies. They have lighter pigmentation and they look more European. This guy looks very European. I would have never guessed him as Gypsy.
